Hop aboard the exclusive VIP carriage of the African Antelope Eco Tour steam train as it travels through the Herbivore Area. This journey allows you to step off the train and walk into the heart of the grassland, exploring the hidden habitat of African antelopes. Observe these graceful, agile “dancers of the savanna” up close as they bound across the plains, and feel the rhythm and vitality of Africa’s wild landscape.





 

Experience Details

Sessions: 2 sessions daily (10:00 AM, 3:30 PM)
Duration: Approx. 60 minutes
Capacity: 12 participants per session (subject to adjustment depending on animal condition)
Activities: Guided introduction to zebra habits and lifestyle, followed by supervised close-up feeding and interaction.
Price: NT$1,200 per person
Age Requirement: Minimum age 3. Participants under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Meeting Point: African Tribe Area, Leofoo Village Theme Park

Note: Please check in at the activity registration counter (opposite the Steam Train station) at least 20 minutes before the tour begins.

Important Notes

• Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a session is fully booked, additional requests will not be accepted.
• For the safety of both animals and guests, activities may be modified or canceled due to adverse weather, natural disasters, or animal conditions (e.g., mood, health). Guests may reschedule for the following day’s session or switch to another available activity.
• In the event of poor weather, Leofoo Resort does not provide raincoats for hygiene and environmental reasons. Guests should bring their own or purchase at the Cape Town Shop.
• Leofoo Resort reserves the right of final interpretation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Booking & Payment Policy

• All Zebra Ecology Experience bookings require full payment via the online system to secure a spot. No-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations due to personal reasons will be considered as voluntary forfeiture, with no refunds provided.
• Reservations without full payment will not hold a guaranteed spot and will be treated as standby. If there are available slots on-site, participation may be purchased directly.
• For cancellations and refunds, please refer to the refund policy below.

Refund Policy

• 11+ days before the event date: Refunds subject to a 3% processing fee.
• 3–10 days before the event date: Refunds subject to a 50% processing fee.
• Within 2 days of the event date or on the event day: No refunds will be issued.
• Example (Event Date: May 3, 2025):
• On or before April 22, 2025 → 3% handling fee.
• April 23–30, 2025 → 50% handling fee.
• May 1–3, 2025 → No refund.
  ※ In the event of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, unforeseen animal conditions) causing activity cancellation, Leofoo Resort will assist with rescheduling or provide a full refund upon consent.

Personal Data Protection

1. In compliance with Article 8 of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, Leofoo Resort informs participants of the following:
2. Purpose & Method: Data will be collected for participant management, statistical analysis, event notifications, registration, and payment processing. Information is collected via the authorization form.

   • Usage Period, Region, Recipients, and Methods:
   • Period: For the duration of the company’s operations.
   • Region: Within the territory of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
   • Recipients & Methods: Used for membership and customer management, payment processing, and event promotion (participants may opt out of promotional messages at any time).
4. Rights of Participants: According to the Act, participants may request:
   • Access or review of data
   • Copies of data
   • Corrections or updates
   • Suspension of use
   • Deletion of data
      

Authorization Agreement
By signing the authorization form, participants acknowledge and agree to all terms stated herein. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
