▐ Check-in

• Location: Activity check-in desk in the hotel lobby

• Please complete check-in at least 10 minutes before your session begins

▐ Important Information

1. Each session is limited to 30 groups, allocated in order of successful reservation and payment.

2. There is no strict age limit, but the experience is recommended for ages 3 and up. Participants under 15 must be accompanied by one paying adult, observe all safety rules, and complete a consent/waiver form before taking part.

3. For reasons of hygiene and environmental responsibility, Leofoo Resort Guanxi does not provide rain ponchos in poor weather. Please bring your own rain gear; we appreciate your understanding.

4. In the event of bad weather, natural disaster, or other force majeure, the day's activity may be rescheduled or replaced with farm produce. No-shows are deemed to have forfeited participation and are not eligible for a refund. On-site instructions from the Activities team take precedence. Leofoo Resort reserves the right of final interpretation of this activity; we apologise for any inconvenience.

▐ Protection of Personal Data

To safeguard registrants' personal data and privacy, the Company will use registrants' personal data during the registration process. In accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act, we hereby give notice of the following:

1. Purpose and method of collection: The Company collects data for registrant management; activity statistics, surveys and analysis; activity notifications and registration; and payment processing. Data is collected via completion of this authorization form.

2. Categories of personal data collected: the registrant's name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information.

3. Period, region, recipients and method of use:

(1) Period: the Company's period of operation.

(2) Region: within the territory of the Republic of China (Taiwan), where the Company is located.

(3) Recipients and method: for the Company's member management, customer-management search and enquiry, payment processing, and activity promotion. (Should you no longer wish to receive activity-promotion messages, you may call at any time to withdraw consent.)

4. Registrant's rights regarding personal data: under the Personal Data Protection Act, registrants who provide personal data may exercise the following rights:

(1) Enquire about or request to review the data.

(2) Request a copy of the data.

(3) Request supplementation or correction.

(4) Request that collection, processing or use cease.

(5) Request deletion.

▐ Validity of the Authorization

By signing this authorization form, the registrant is deemed to have understood and agreed to all of its contents and related published rules. Any disputes relating to this authorization shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of China, with the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
